We provide support to you from our office base utilising the latest technology and software to ensure our clients have the highest level of service. We work with you to help deliver a standard of service that is right for you either as an individual or as a business.

The business was started in 2006 by the business owner Belinda who has a background in office management and a passion for all things organised. To you admin tasks may be a chore but to Belinda they are a happy challenge!

Payment terms: -

Our rates are priced from £16 per hour and at the outset we agree with any client our hourly payment rates or a fixed project cost for the work required. We accept payment by cheque, BACS and online via our business accounts with Google Checkout and PayPal.

Our Clients

We work with many different clients, a mix of businesses, charities, clubs and individual clients.  Every client is different which helps keep our day varied and enhances our skill base.  From compiling and typing a complaint letter for an individual client through to updating hundreds of record files for a charity, we work to agreed timelines and keep in touch with the latest technology.
